Compostable Bio-Polymer Compounds: Sustainable Materials for film Packaging

We supply a range of compostable polymer compounds based on PBAT, formulated to suit different performance and cost requirements. Our portfolio includes PBAT with corn starch, PLA, or calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), each designed for flexible packaging and disposable applications. These compounds offer varying balances of flexibility, strength, natural content, and material efficiency, making them suitable for film extrusion and short-life or single-use packaging products where compostability is required.

BF95 Compostable Polymer Pellets, a certified polymer compound combining PBAT and PLA, engineered for flexible packaging, providing good tensile strength, flexibility, and softness while meeting industrial compostability standards.

PBAT + Corn Starch

BF90 Compostable Polymer Pellets, a bioplastic compound made from PBAT and Corn Starch used for flexible packaging and disposable products, especially where softness, flexibility, and compostability are required.

TH25-10 Compostable Polymer Pellets are a cost-effective PBAT-based compound with calcium carbonate for film extrusion. They offer good flexibility and process ability for standard compostable films, but are less suited to high-performance or ultra-thin applications.
